Questions
Before you book
Do I need a referral?
In Montana you can start without a referral. Your plan may still ask for one, and the front desk can check before you book.
Does my plan cover physical therapy, and do you take Medicare?
We bill many kinds of plans, including Medicare, and tell you before you book whether we are in network with yours. The fees page explains how this works.
What if I pay myself?
You pay on the day of each visit, and we give you a written estimate before your first visit. We do not bill your plan, and we can give you an itemized receipt to send in.
How long is a visit, and who treats me?
Your first visit is about an hour with a physical therapist, and you see a physical therapist at every visit after that.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what we find, what you want to return to and how the first weeks go. We tell you what we expect after your first visit and review it as we go.
What should I wear and bring?
Clothes you can move in, the shoes you train in, and any gear that matters to your question. Bring your insurance card if you use one.
Will it hurt?
We work within what you can tolerate. Some exercises feel like work, and you can ask us to slow down or stop at any point.
Do you offer video visits?
Yes, for people located in Montana, where our therapists are licensed. We tell you at your first visit what video can and cannot show.
Can you treat a work or auto injury?
Yes. Tell us who your adjuster is. Your state decides who may direct your care, and we explain what that means for you.
Can you plan care around a trip, a hunt or a race?
Yes. Tell us the date and what you want to do, and we plan the weeks before it. We tell you plainly what a clinic visit can and cannot judge.
Still have a question?
Call the front desk or send a message. We answer on the next working day.
